Global Supply Chain Advanced Development Program es un programa rotacional que está diseñado para facilitar el desarrollo de alto potencial en ingenieros recién egresados de la universidad . Como ADP, tendrás la oportunidad de experimentar 2 diferentes roles en 2 diferentes locaciones en la República Mexicana donde contamos con plantas productivas. De esta forma, experimentarás y pondrás a prueba tus conocimientos, capacidades y habilidades para enfrentar los retos que se presenten. Una vez concluido el programa de 24 meses, tendrás la oportunidad de asumir posiciones estratégicas dentro de la empresa.
¿Qué perfil buscamos?
- Ser recién egresado de ingeniería (máximo 18 meses)
- Inglés avanzado
- 1 año de experiencia
- Actividades extracurriculares (Deseable)
- Disposición de rolar turnos
- Disponibilidad de cambio de residencia
